AİLE İKAMET İZNİ
Aile birliği amacıyla K. K.T.C' ye gelecek yabancıların masraflarını üstlenen ve ikamet izni talebinde bulunanlar tarafından başvuruya dayanak gösterilen kişiler destekleyici olarak kabul edilmektedir. Aile ikamet izni maksatları bakımından destekleyici olarak kabul edilen kişiler; K.K.T.C yurttaşları, İkamet izni sahipleri, Daimi ikamet izni sahipleri, İş kurma izni sahipleri, Öğrenci ikamet izni sahipleri ve en az son bir yıldır yasal izinli olmak koşuluyla K.K.T.C’de çalışma iznine sahip yabancılardır.
AİLE İKAMET İZNİ ALABİLECEK KİŞİLER
K.K.T.C yurttaşı olmayan destekleyicinin yabancı eşi,
Kendisinin veya eşinin on sekiz yaşından büyük engelli yabancı çocuğu,
Destekleyici ve eşinin çalışıyor olması ve on iki yaşından küçük çocuklarının olması koşuluyla, destekleyicinin veya eşinin anne ve babası,
Öğrenci ikamet izni sahibi olanların anne, baba ve eşleri,
K.K.T.C’de ikamet eden yabancının öğrenci olmayan ve çalışmayan, yirmi üç yaşını doldurmamış olan bekâr çocukları,
K.K.T.C Yurttaşı olan destekleyicinin anne ve babası,

FAMILY RESIDENCE PERMIT
The person who is ready to cover the financial expenses of a foreigner who wish to come to Cyprus for the purpose of family unity and whose name is registered in his/her application for residence permit are consider as his/her sponsor. The persons who could be considered as a sponsor are: TRNC citizens, residency permit holders, business permit holders, student residence permit holders and the foreigners who have been legally working in the TRNC at least for a year.
PEOPLE WHO CAN RECEIVE FAMILY RESIDENCE PERMIT
The sponsor’s foreigner spouse who is not a TRNC citizen,
His/her or spouse’s handicapped foreign children who is over eighteen,
The sponsor’s or his/her spouse’s parents, if the sponsor and his/her spouse is working and have children under twelve,
Student resident permit holders’ parents and spouses,
The children of foreigners residing in the TRNC who are not a student, not working, single and under twenty three,
The parents of the sponsor who is a TRNC citizen,
